Your Visit

We are thrilled you are thinking about visiting Avalon Hills Bible Church. Walking into a new place for the first time can sometimes be uncomfortable. We put together this page to help you know what to expect and, hopefully, to put you at ease.

A Relaxing Family Atmosphere
We are intentional about having children and grandparents all worshiping together, so our services blend old and new together.
A Non-denominational Church with an Unflinching Love for the Bible
Bible is our middle name! You will be challenged by clear, practical, and sound Biblical teaching. We might best be described as “conservative Christianity with a spirit of grace.”
Dress up or dress casually…it’s up to you.

The atmosphere at our church is relaxed. You will see people wearing a variety of clothing from suits to jeans and a t-shirt. So come wearing any modest outfit that will make you feel most comfortable.

Come a little early, especially if you have children.

You will need to check your kids in if they will be cared for in the nursery or attending children’s church.

Looking for a Sunday school class?

At Avalon, we have several different Sunday school classes for everyone from young children to our senior citizens.

Parking

There is extra parking in the parking lot off Strickland, behind the gas station. Our church parking lot only has one entrance. There is no other exit.

Greetings

You can expect to be greeted at the door with a friendly smile and a hearty handshake.
